Adeolu Idowu is the Managing Partner and heads the Governance, Risk and Compliance Practice. She specialises in corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, ESG, and business crime investigations, advising clients across public and private sectors with a client‑centric approach.

She has extensive experience across the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors, having served as a top management executive in Nigeria's largest telecommunications companies and as Senior Legal Counsel (Compliance) for a multinational oil and gas service company covering Europe, Africa, and the Caspian. In these roles, she coordinated the mapping of legal and operational risks affecting large corporates and helped them achieve significant corporate governance improvements and compliance. Her experience as in‑house counsel for many years gives her a first‑hand understanding of clients' needs, equipping her to deliver practical and commercially sound legal solutions.
