Ifeatu Agbu

Ifeatu Agbu is a Managing Associate specializing in corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, and company secretarial & regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience ensuring client compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including daily Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) filings and updates.

Ifeatu holds an LL.B from the University of the West of England, Bristol and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, and has earned a Level 3 Award Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, Burntwood, UK. She was also a recipient of the UWE Bristol Futures Award.

She leads the firm’s international clientele service group, frequently participates in arbitration proceedings, and is involved in advisory work on digital assets and FinTech. Her practice combines regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, and strategic client management to provide effective solutions for multinational and domestic clients.
