Ifeoluwa Oderinde

Ifeoluwa Oderinde is a Senior Associate at Dentons ACAS-Law in Lagos, specializing in Corporate Governance. She focuses on corporate governance advisory services, company secretarial services, and corporate restructuring for a number of local and international companies across various sectors.

Ifeoluwa has advised extensively on the establishment and operation of businesses in Nigeria, pre‑ and post‑incorporation regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. She has also garnered experience in civil litigation and intellectual property.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos (2014) and a Diploma of Law from the same institution (2010). She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2015. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and serves as Trustee/Secretary of The Flemer Project Initiative.
