Ayo Olaifa is a Senior Associate at Alliance Law Firm with over 13 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal counsel and representation. She specialises in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Debt Recovery, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Company Secretarial Services, Labour Law, and Contract Law.

Ayo holds an LL.B (Hons) from University of Ado-Ekiti, a B.L. (Hons.) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, and an MBA from Nexford University, Washington. She is also a consultant and senior fellow in Forensic Studies of Nigeria and a copyright expert trained at Harvard University.

She has contributed to high-value debt recovery matters, winding-up proceedings, and served as a legal advisor in multiple courts and tribunals across Nigeria.
