Ayomide Ifeoluwa Onimole

Ayomide Ifeoluwa Onimole is an Associate with expertise in investment and asset management, and property law. She advises on corporate transactions, investment structuring, and commercial agreements, and provides company secretarial support to corporate clients.

She has prepared and negotiated foundational agreements between a gold company and its investors, including shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and related investment documents. She assisted in drafting terms and conditions for a home loan web portal, and has drafted and reviewed service level agreements, procurement and construction agreements, and finance agreements for corporate clients. She also offers company secretarial support to several established organizations.

Ayomide holds an LL.B (Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile‑Ife, Osun State, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Port‑Harcourt, and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
