Ayotunde Owoigbe

Ayotunde Owoigbe is a Partner at the firm, having joined in 2001, and currently heads the firm's corporate finance group. Her practice focuses on Banking and Finance Law, with in-depth expertise in the financial market.

Since she joined the firm, she has been involved in nearly all of the firm's corporate and project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and securitisation transactions.

Ayotunde is a thorough professional, passionate about achieving set goals and objectives efficiently. Her practice areas include banking and loan syndication, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Lagos (1994–1999) and a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2000–2001). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Capital Markets Solicitors Association, and serves as Chair of the Capital Market Solicitors Association.
