Bolanle Komolafe

Throughout her career, she has played key roles in the administration and oversight of trust structures linked to collective investment schemes, debt issuances, security arrangements and private trusts. Her experience includes reviewing transaction documentation for sovereign and sub-national capital market transactions, administering trust arrangements for mutual funds and investment vehicles, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and contractual obligations.

In the private wealth space, Bolanle works closely with individuals and families on estate planning, wills administration and succession structures, helping clients create clear and effective arrangements for asset preservation and wealth transfer.

Prior to joining Jackson, Etti & Edu, Bolanle held key positions at First Trustees Limited (formerly FBNQuest Trustees Limited) and UTL Trust Management Services Limited, where she was responsible for administering diverse trust portfolios, providing legal advisory services, reviewing transaction documents and supporting business development initiatives. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and the Nigerian Bar Association.
