Kofo Dosekun

Kofo Dosekun is Of Counsel at Aluko & Oyebode with extensive experience in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and transaction restructuring. She advises major domestic and international banks and financial institutions on large local and foreign currency loan syndications, leases, and secured lending transactions.
