Yewande Senbore

Yewande Senbore is a Partner in the firm’s Finance and Capital Markets Practice, where she advises clients on a broad range of financial and investment transactions. Her practice focuses on providing strategic legal support to both domestic and international financial institutions.

She has developed substantial expertise in project finance, corporate finance, securities transactions, and both equity and debt capital markets, offering guidance on complex financing structures, regulatory compliance, and investment arrangements.

Yewande holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.B. from the University of Lagos. Her academic and professional training enables her to deliver practical, commercially-oriented legal advice on sophisticated finance and capital market matters.
