Akemi Kishimoto

Akemi Kishimoto is a Senior Associate in the Finance team of Olaniwun Ajayi (UK) LLP in London. She has extensive experience in financing and project development in emerging markets within Central and Southeast Asia, as well as Africa. She has worked alongside multilateral development banks, financial institutions, commercial lenders, project sponsors, and developers.

Akemi holds a JD from Keio Law School, an MSc in Management from HEC School of Management (Ecole HEC), and an LLB from Hitotsubashi University. She is qualified as a bengoshi (Japanese lawyer) admitted to the Dai-Ichi Tokyo Bar Association, a Solicitor in England and Wales, and an Avocat à la Cour (French lawyer) admitted to the Barreau de Paris. She is also a CFA® charterholder. She is fluent in Japanese, French, Mandarin, and Spanish.
