Sarpong is a Partner and widely regarded lawyer with a wealth of knowledge in corporate transactions and strategic advisory. He has extensive experience working on cross-border transactions and in advising on complex corporate, project and structured finance projects. Sarpong previously worked in a leading Accra-based law firm, where he headed the firm’s Transactions and Strategic advisory department and advised multinational corporations like Halliburton, Maersk, Bumi Armada, Eni, and Tullow. Sarpong holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a QCL from the Ghana School of Law.
