Daniel Obidiegwu

Daniel Obidiegwu is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than 15 years of experience handling complex and high-value disputes. His practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Real Estate Law, with significant experience across the commercial, energy, and maritime sectors.

Daniel has developed a strong reputation for strategic case management, legal research, negotiation, and dispute resolution. He regularly advises clients on contentious commercial matters and has successfully represented parties in both court proceedings and arbitration matters.

He holds an LL.M in International Commercial Law from University College London (UCL), where he concentrated on Corporate Finance, International Arbitration, and Comparative Secured Transactions. He also earned his LL.B from the University of Benin and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

Prior to joining Greychapel Legal, Daniel gained experience at the Nigerian Stock Exchange and leading commercial law firms, including Aluko & Oyebode. His combination of litigation expertise, arbitration knowledge, and commercial insight enables him to deliver effective legal solutions in complex disputes and high-stakes transactions.
