He is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and has served in multiple senior roles, including founding Legal Responses Law Firm and heading the Lagos office of J.K. Gadzama & Partners. 

Sir Isaac has appeared in numerous high‑profile cases at all judicial levels, including the High Courts, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court, and has significant experience in election petitions, criminal litigation, and complex commercial disputes.
