Emeka Nwaigwe

Emeka Nwaigwe is a Senior Associate with experience in debt recovery, insolvency, commercial litigation, and corporate advisory matters. He advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including banking, energy, maritime, aviation, and employment-related matters.

Emeka holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Benin, a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.M from the University of Lagos with a focus on Energy and Maritime Law, Secured Credit Transactions, and Labour Relations. He also holds a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

His practice encompasses insolvency and debt recovery proceedings, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution. He has represented clients in litigation at various levels of the Nigerian court system and has particular experience defending employment and labour-related claims involving major financial institutions and corporate entities. He also advises on energy, maritime, and aviation-related legal matters.
