Eniola Olajuwon

Eniola Olajuwon is an Associate Counsel in the Financial Services and Corporate and Commercial practice groups at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, specialising in banking and finance law, financial services regulation, and fintech law. He advises domestic and international clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and transactional matters across regulated sectors.

Eniola has advised an investment firm on the proposed acquisition of a controlling equity stake (55%) in a Nigerian company valued at approximately ₦3.12 billion, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory approvals. He has also advised on a proposed US$5 million acquisition of a technology‑enabled energy analytics company and supported cross‑border regulatory assessments involving the Nigerian, London, and New York stock exchanges. His work includes preparing insurance and regulatory questionnaires, legal opinions, and compliance documentation for financial institutions, investment firms, and corporates.

Eniola holds an LL.B from the University of Leeds (2020), a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2022), an LL.M from BPP Law School (2024), and an MSc in Management from Imperial College London (2025). He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb UK) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Prior to joining Dentons ACAS‑Law, he co‑founded a fintech venture and consulted for a London‑based venture capital firm focused on science and technology innovation.
