Wendy Nwogu

Wendy is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate/Commercial, Energy & Environment and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Groups. Since joining the Firm, Wendy has garnered experience working and advising international and domestic clients on a wide range of complex issues in different sectors including Corporate & Commercial, Capital Market, M &A, Insurance, Fintech, Project Finance, Energy, and Oil & Gas sectors. She regularly advises indigenous and foreign companies across these sectors on all aspects of their business operations including regulatory interface as it relates to obtaining licences, corporate advisory, business start-up, due diligence, legal & regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
