Ibrahim Shafii

Ibrahim Shafii is a Partner at the firm, bringing over three decades of legal experience from his service in the Nigerian Air Force. He combines legal expertise with strategic training, offering a unique perspective on legal advisory services, particularly in military contracting, procurement, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

He served as a prosecutor in high-profile cases against senior servicemen and as a defence counsel at General Court Martials in the early 1990s. He was a member of the National Committee on Corruption and Economic Crimes that drafted the law establishing the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, a member of the committee for the review of the Armed Forces Act, pioneer legal adviser to the Nigerian Air Force Foundation, and Chairman of the Military Law Forum of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Ibrahim holds an LL.B from Bayero University Kano, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an M.Sc in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. He also studied at the Command and Staff College, Jaji, and the National Defence College, Abuja. He is a recipient of the Meritorious Service Star (MSS) and the Forces Service Star (FSS).
