Oyinkansola Adebayo is an Associate in the firm’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice team. She advises local and international clients on Nigerian laws, regulatory requirements, and best implementation practices, with a focus on business‑oriented legal solutions for organisations at various stages of growth.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Coronation, a leading financial services ecosystem in Nigeria, where she was involved in investments, deal structuring, governance, compliance, and general legal advice on commercial ventures. Her expertise spans corporate governance, ESG, capital markets, competition and antitrust, private equity, privatisation, and public procurement, serving clients in the energy, financial institutions, and real estate sectors.

Oyinkansola holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Ibadan (2019) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2020).
