Jesujoba Tosu is an Associate in the Sports, Entertainment & Tech Law (SET) and Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in Sports Law, Entertainment Law, Technology Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Dispute Resolution. He advises local and international clients on regulatory matters, player contracts, sponsorships, disputes, and arbitration within the sports industry.

He has built notable expertise in sports law, delivering practical, industry-specific solutions to athletes, sports clubs, federations, leagues, and sports businesses. He also advises on entertainment and technology-related legal matters, including intellectual property protection and commercial transactions. He frequently writes and speaks on sports law, arbitration, and intellectual property, and has been invited to speak at webinars, seminars, legal masterclasses, and sports programmes.

Jesujoba holds an LL.B from Lagos State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Yenagoa Campus. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Section on Legal Practice, and the NBA Section on Business Law.
