Mayowa Elizabeth Adeboye

Mayowa Elizabeth Adeboye is an Associate whose practice sits at the intersection of sports, entertainment and technology law, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution. She advises technology companies, production houses, fashion brands, and other corporate clients on commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters, including early‑stage funding rounds, high‑value acquisitions, and day‑to‑day contract and compliance work.

She served on the advisory team to a Nigerian technology company on a pre‑seed funding round involving international institutional investors, conducted legal due diligence on the acquisition of a high‑value commercial property in Lagos on behalf of a leading maritime company, and provides ongoing legal advisory to a prominent Lagos‑based fashion house on regulatory and commercial matters. She also acts in a company secretarial capacity for corporate clients, advising on governance, statutory compliance, and board matters.
