Justice Igwe

Justice Igwe is a Trainee Associate in the firm's Compliance Law and Regulatory, Compliance and Governance practice, based in the Lagos office. He is currently completing the final cycle of the firm's Graduate Recruitment Programme, having gained experience across Intellectual Property, Corporate & Commercial, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Regulatory, Compliance and Governance departments.

His experience includes conducting IP due diligence and drafting licensing and assignment agreements, engaging in public and private merger transactions and banking matters, representing clients in court and advising on brand protection, and now focusing on compliance and governance frameworks to ensure business practices remain within legal boundaries.

Justice holds an LL.B. from the University of Benin and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
