Samson Julius

Samson Julius is an Associate Counsel at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, practicing in the Corporate Commercial group, specializing in Compliance Law. He focuses on corporate integrity and government relations, working closely with companies to ensure full compliance with Nigeria's legal and regulatory frameworks, and is actively involved in negotiating settlements with regulatory bodies such as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Samson also has extensive experience in immigration law, assisting companies and international professionals in obtaining temporary work permits and CERPAC cards, and procuring Business Permits, Expatriate Quota approvals, and Visa on Arrival for foreign executives. He works closely with government agencies including the Ministry of Interiors to facilitate market entry for international enterprises and prepares detailed investigation reports in partnership with regulatory agencies to ensure transparency and robust compliance.

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
