Kunle Soyibo is a Partner at a leading Nigerian law firm in Victoria Island, Lagos, with over 15 years of experience advising clients on capital markets, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.

He specializes in capital markets, M&A, private equity, and taxation, with a proven track record of advising on high-level debt and equity issuance transactions, including private placements, rights issues, public offers, and bond issuances. He has advised on significant private equity and M&A deals in the banking, insurance, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. Notably, he was involved in the acquisition of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc by a consortium of private equity firms, recognized as the largest private equity deal in Sub-Saharan Africa in 2013.

He has been consistently recognized in the IFLR1000 since 2019 and has served as Financial Secretary of Nigeria's Capital Markets Solicitors Association (CMSA).
