Linda Asuqo

Linda Asuquo is an Associate in the firm's Corporate Finance Team, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She advises local and international financial institutions and blue‑chip companies on a wide range of financing and capital market transactions, including project finance, corporate finance, structured finance, trade finance, bonds, and commercial papers.

She provides strategic legal counsel on complex financing arrangements and capital market transactions across multiple sectors, delivering commercially focused legal solutions to clients. Her practice spans both advisory and transactional work, with a strong focus on corporate finance and capital markets.

Linda holds an LL.B from the University of Calabar, Cross River State, and has been called to the Nigerian Bar. She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Section of Business Law, and the Nigerian Gas Association.
