Nander Esmeralda Ndam

Nander Esmeralda Ndam is a Senior Associate in the firm's Administrative Law and Regulatory Compliance practice, based in the Abuja office. She advises companies, investors, and multinational organizations on regulatory strategy, digital market entry, and public sector engagement across Nigeria's evolving digital economy.

She leads high-level engagements with Nigeria's most consequential public institutions, including the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and the National Assembly, advising on regulatory compliance, policy positioning, and government-facing strategy. She has supported transactions and regulatory processes exceeding $20 million, mitigating risk and unlocking market access for clients in highly regulated and innovation-driven sectors. She has also presented at the World Intellectual Property Organisation on emerging technologies and IP systems.

Nander holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, where she studied as a WIPO-sponsored scholar. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and holds a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2019) and an LL.B. from the University of Jos (2017).
