Yeye Nwidaa

Yeye Nwidaa is a Partner at the firm, leading the Regulatory, Compliance, and Governance Practice as well as the Technology, Media, and Entertainment (TME) sector, based in the Abuja office, practicing in Administrative Law. She has over 17 years of experience advising clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial law.

She provides company secretarial services, regulatory compliance structuring, and advises on corporate governance, public company disclosure requirements, and licensing. As the overseer of the firm's Fintech practice group, she advises financial technology and digital services companies on licensing, compliance, and regulatory issues, holding a Harvard certification in Fintech. She also advises on competition law matters under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, with a growing interest in the intersection of competition law and other legal regimes.

Yeye holds an LL.M. in Regulation & Compliance from Queen Mary University of London, is a Chartered Secretary and Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK, and has completed the Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.
