He also successfully represented JGC Corporation in a tax appeal dispute involving an EPC contract executed with ExxonMobil, resulting in savings of US$8,205,536.10 through a reappraisal of the “fixed base” concept for offshore companies under Nigerian tax law. His practice spans complex commercial litigation, tax disputes, insolvency, intellectual property, and arbitration, providing strategic legal counsel to clients across construction, telecommunications, financial services, and transportation sectors.
