Oghogho Okuegha

Oghogho Okuegha is a Senior Associate in the firm's Commercial Transactions team. He specialises in corporate, commercial and general legal advisory, company secretarial services, and transactions. He has experience in litigation, arbitration, and high‑net‑worth commercial transactions, and has participated as associate counsel in a number of arbitral proceedings.

Oghogho holds an LL.B from Madonna University Okija, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Bedfordshire, and a Post‑Graduate Diploma in International Dispute Resolution (specialising in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Nigerian Bar Association.
