Ogooluwa Osilesi

Ogooluwa Osilesi is an Associate at Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, a fully integrated and multi-dimensional business law practice founded in 1947 with offices in Lagos, Abuja, and Asaba. He is involved in providing general legal advisory services and supporting corporate and commercial legal matters within the Firm.

His work includes assisting in legal research, document preparation, and advisory support across the Firm's diverse practice areas, which include dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), mergers & acquisitions, competition law, energy law (oil & gas), insolvency law, capital markets, property/real estate, construction law, investment law, and product liability.

He holds an LL.B degree and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
