Tonye Krukrubo, SAN is a Partner and heads the firm's Port Harcourt office, with expertise in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration. He represents clients across various sectors, including oil and gas, banking, real estate, employment, and commercial transactions, providing strategic legal solutions in complex disputes and regulatory matters.

He advises on commercial transactions, banking, immigration, regulatory compliance, taxation, finance, employment law, land law, oil and gas, environment, energy, and shipping. He has been recommended by The Legal 500 EMEA for his litigation experience and by Who's Who Legal for his "great interpersonal skills" and "excellent expertise in the field" of Labour and Employment. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (Nigeria Branch), chairs the Port Harcourt Chapter of CIArb, and has served as Secretary of the NBA Section on Legal Practice. He has spoken at the Lagos Business School Africa Business Conference on the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA).
