Ola’s extensive experience spans multiple sectors including energy, financial services, technology, real estate among others.

He routinely represents clients across including leading corporates, International Oil Companies, multinationals, the federal and state governments as well as private clients.

Ola holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from the University of London.

He obtained is bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006.

In some of his recent relevant experience, Ola was a key member of the legal team that successfully represented the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the landmark international arbitration case against Inter Ocean Oil Company at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

He also successfully defended Mixta Africa with respect to a substantial 1563-hectare land dispute at Lakowe Golf Resort.

Additionally, Ola has made significant contributions in high-stakes investment disputes, including representing Asset Resource Management Plc (ARM) in a $10 million case.

His expertise also extends to his current roles as General Counsel for Adron Homes and Properties Ltd and Efficacy Construction Company Ltd, where he provides strategic legal counsel and guidance.
