Oluwakemi Famuyiwa

Oluwakemi is an Associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance and Energy Practice Groups. She is a resourceful, highly motivated individual and a team player who combines legal expertise with innovative solutions to meet the needs of both indigenous and international clients. Her expertise spans across syndicated lending, fund structuring, private equity, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. In the Energy team, Oluwakemi advises indigenous and multinational clients on regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to the Nigerian Upstream Regulatory Commission and the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Regulatory Authority. Drawing on her knowledge of finance, she provides strategic guidance on the most suitable financing structures for energy transactions.
