Chigozie Chukwuma

Chigozie Chukwuma is an Associate in the firm's corporate, banking, and finance team, specialising in corporate finance, project finance, and banking transactions. He advises local and international financial institutions and companies on a wide range of financing transactions, as well as corporate and commercial transactions, start‑up advisory, and litigation involving local and foreign clients.

He provides strategic legal counsel on financing arrangements, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions across multiple sectors, delivering commercially focused legal solutions to clients.

Chigozie attended the University of Nigeria, Enugu State, and the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria and the Nigerian Bar Association Section of Business Law.
