Oluwatomiwa Ayomide Shodimu is an Associate with expertise in dispute resolution and private equity. She represents clients in commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, debt recovery, and advisory matters across the energy, e‑commerce, and consumer protection sectors.

She was a member of the team that represented a global energy company in an appeal challenging a Federal High Court judgment awarding billions of naira in claims, and is actively involved in representing a leading consumer association in litigation against the national electricity regulator over unlawful tariff increases affecting Band A consumers in Nigeria. She has advised a major e‑commerce company on regulatory obligations regarding customer service communications and toll‑free call disclosures, and represented a prominent oil and gas company in recovering a significant debt from a defaulting service provider.

Oluwatomiwa holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
