Kosisochukwu Chukwunonso Udeh

Kosisochukwu Chukwunonso Udeh is an Associate with expertise in dispute resolution and infrastructure and construction. He represents clients in arbitration, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and debt recovery across the shipping, energy, construction, and financial services sectors.

He was part of the team that successfully represented the Nigerian subsidiary of a leading international shipping company in a multi‑million naira arbitration arising from a lease and shoreline construction agreement for a jetty project. He is part of the team representing Nigeria's largest indigenous metal and steel production company against a multi‑billion naira claim for alleged breach of an NDA in the sale of a power plant, and representing a wholly owned Nigerian shipping company in a million‑dollar claim against two insurance companies under a marine policy. He has also advised an indigenous investment bank on void dispositions during winding‑up proceedings, represented the concessionaire of Murtala Mohammed Airport II on employment claims, advised Oyo State Government on a gas transmission project, and advised a Nigerian fintech company on a billion‑naira capital raise.

Kosisochukwu holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2020. He received the Hon. Justice Kayode Esho C.F.R. Prize and the Body of Benchers Prize for Best Student in Professional Ethics, and has been recognized with the Dean's Honours' List and Meritorious Service Award at the University of Ibadan. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Africa Construction Law, and the Association of Young Arbitrators.
