Oyeronke Oyeyemi

Oyeronke Oyeyemi is a legal practitioner at Greychapel Legal with a practice focused on Corporate and Commercial Law. A First-Class graduate of the Nigerian Law School, she provides both transactional and advisory support to businesses across a range of industries.

Her work includes drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, conducting legal research, and advising clients on corporate compliance and regulatory matters. She assists businesses in navigating commercial transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Prior to joining Greychapel Legal, Oyeronke worked as a Trainee Associate at a Lagos-based law firm, where she gained experience in intellectual property portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. She holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.

As a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, she is committed to delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions that support clients' business objectives.
