Sonia Okiti

Sonia Okiti is an Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution Team, with key practice areas in dispute resolution, alternative dispute resolution, and commercial transactions. She also works with the International Trade Team, advising clients on international trade, environmental law, energy, labour and employment, taxation, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.

She has worked on several local and international transactions, conducted thorough contract reviews, and represented clients across a range of commercial and regulatory disputes. Her practice spans both contentious and advisory work, with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound legal solutions across multiple sectors.

Sonia is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
