Stephanie Wodi

Stephanie Wodi is a Legal Associate with expertise in dispute resolution, real estate law, and tax advisory. She advises on commercial transactions, dispute resolution, and tax compliance, with experience in commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and tax advisory matters.

She has represented clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, negotiated and documented settlement terms over a residential real estate dispute in Ikoyi, resulting in an amicable resolution through a Deed of Partition, and advised a non‑resident company on withholding tax obligations and VAT compliance requirements. She is currently part of the team representing a marine vessel repair company in a maritime negligence dispute pending before the Federal High Court.

Stephanie holds an LL.B from the University of Port Harcourt and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Young Lawyers Forum, the NBA Section on Business Law, and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Conciliators and Mediation (ICMC). She has participated in the Venture in Management Program sponsored by Junior Achievement Nigeria and the Lagos Business School Pan‑Atlantic University, and the Lagos State climate change consultation summit in collaboration with the Netherlands consulate. She holds a Certificate of Participation in the ISSB Applying the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and the Venture in Management Program (VIMP).
