Tawakalt Oseni is a member of the firm's Energy Practice Team, advising businesses and public institutions on a wide range of legal, policy, and transactional matters across the energy sector, including oil, gas, power, solid minerals, and renewable energy. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, transaction advisory, and mergers and acquisitions across the energy landscape. She is dedicated to simplifying complex legal concepts and providing innovative, impactful legal solutions to clients navigating the rapidly evolving energy sector.

Tawakalt holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.
