Temidayo Ajayi

Temidayo Ajayi is the Managing Partner and leads the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Private Equity teams. She has considerable knowledge of private equity transaction dynamics, with experience advising across the private equity value chain, and is adept at drafting and negotiating fund and investment documentation.

She has advised Breakthrough Energy Ventures (BEV) on its $9 million venture capital minority investment in Arnergy Nigeria Limited, advised Auxano Solar Nigeria Limited on a $1.5 million financing, advised Big Cabal Media Limited on a $500,000 fundraising, advised MBU Capital on the acquisition of Nile University and subsequent share transfer to Actis, and advised DLM Advisory Partners on a ₦5 billion on‑lending facility from a private corporate bond issuance. She is also advising LADOL Services Free Zone Enterprise on a 24‑48MW gas‑to‑power plant development and joint venture negotiations.

Temidayo holds an LL.B from the University of Hertfordshire, UK (2006), an LL.M from the University of Central England, Birmingham, UK (2007), and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, UK and the Nigerian Bar Association.
