Anthony Nkadi

Anthony Nkadi is a key member of the Transport Law and Energy & Natural Resources practice groups. He has extensive experience in shipping and admiralty litigation, including complex enforcement of maritime claims, judicial sale of vessels, claims against maritime funds, and marine casualty disputes. He represents cargo owners, shipowners, and their insurers in hull and P&I coverage disputes, as well as general commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

His corporate and commercial practice covers corporate finance, commercial real estate, land development, secured transactions, mortgage enforcement remedies, and creditors’ rights. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Benin (1999), an LL.M from the University of Lagos (2009), and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2002.
