Ayotomiwa Ajiboye

Ayotomiwa Ajiboye is an Associate with the firm's Tax Practice. She supports individuals and corporate entities across various sectors in general tax compliance, transaction taxes and tax review, as well as tax audits and investigations by federal and state tax authorities. She also assists clients in addressing tax-related queries and ensuring regulatory compliance.

She has collaborated with team members to represent clients during audits, facilitated timely preparation and submission of required documentation, reviewed transaction structures and agreements to identify potential tax risks, delivered strategic tax advisory services, and facilitated clients' tax registration and filing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ayotomiwa holds an LL.B from Afe Babalola University, Ekiti and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
