Benson Okoro

Benson Okoro is a Senior Associate and seasoned litigator with extensive experience in dispute resolution, specialising in commercial litigation, arbitration, tax, and real estate matters. He has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex and high‑stakes disputes.

He has represented clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings, and has advised on property, insolvency, energy, and tax‑related disputes. He is also an avid researcher, with publications in local and international peer‑reviewed journals.

Benson holds an LL.B (Second Class Upper) from the University of Benin (2014), an LL.M from the University of Benin (2018), and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2015). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
