Chinyere Amadi

Chinyere Amadi (Mrs.), BL., ACIS is an Associate Partner with expertise in foreign investment, immigration, corporate governance, legal advisory, capital market, and employment/labour law. She has extensive experience advising foreign companies on investment and immigration matters in Nigeria.

Before joining the firm, she worked as Business Support Officer at Fosad Consulting, Lagos. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary and Administrator (ICSA Nigeria).

Chinyere holds an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, and is a Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSA). She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
