Igbeaku Evulukwu

Mrs. Igbeaku Evulukwu, LL.M., B.L., CIArb is a Senior Associate with expertise in immigration, arbitration, banking and financial institutions, tax, securities, labour law, and commercial litigation. She is widely regarded as the preferred lawyer for foreign embassies in Nigeria, handling matters including legalisation of documents, investigation of asylum claims, international adoption, and foreign direct investment.

She is a team head in arbitration and mediation matters, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (FICMC), and a Certified Chartered Mediator. She also serves as Secretary of the Maritime Association of Nigeria and holds membership in several professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association, Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Shippers Council.

Igbeaku holds an LL.M. from University College London (UCL), an LL.B. from the University of Lagos, and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She is also a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria and a member of the Association of Clinical Pathologists of America (MT.ASCP).
