Chukwudi Eze

Chukwudi Eze is a practitioner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Transport Law practice groups. He has been with the firm since 2006 and has vast experience in corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, insolvency, telecommunications, debt recovery, product liability, aviation, banking, tax claims, personal injury, and oil spill claims.

He is a contributing editor to the Commercial Law Reports of Nigeria and has authored articles on the doctrine of waiver under the Bills of Exchange Act and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal High Court under the Companies and Allied Matters Act.

Chukwudi holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (2004) and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006.
