Akin Osinbajo

Akin Osinbajo is the Joint Managing Partner of A.T. & Co. and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. He joined the Firm in 1987 and became a Partner in 1993. He previously served as the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of Ogun State, Nigeria from July 2003 to May 2011.

Akin holds an LL.B, an LL.M from the University of London, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and is also a Notary Public. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, public sector advisory, and commercial legal practice, having represented and advised clients on complex legal and regulatory matters over several decades.

His combination of private practice experience and public sector leadership has enabled him to provide strategic legal counsel across a broad range of contentious and advisory matters.
