Daniel Okereke

Daniel Okereke is a versatile legal practitioner with experience in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, compliance advisory, real estate, and taxation. He combines courtroom advocacy with transactional and advisory work, handling complex regulatory matters, drafting commercial agreements, and guiding clients through litigation and settlement processes.

He regularly represents clients in commercial disputes, negotiates settlements, and provides strategic advice on regulatory compliance, data protection, and intellectual property matters. He also advises on corporate governance and financial transactions, including trade finance, while maintaining a growing interest in private equity and venture capital investments.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Barrister at Law (B.L.) from the Nigerian Law School (Second Class Upper).
