Daniel Iro

Daniel Iro is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team with over 7 years of practice experience (admitted 2014). He has been involved in complex dispute resolution and legal advisory services for leading multinational corporations and commercial institutions including NLNG, SPDC, Lafarge, and NNPC. He has made representations at both trial and appellate courts in Nigeria, prosecuting cases on negligence, breach of contract, land disputes, commercial disputes, and compensation claims.

Notable case references include second lead counsel in Sir Edward Hart Amairiga & Anor v NNPC, Hon. Boma Kaladokubo v SPDC, and Lafarge Plc v 400 Bluesteels. He holds an LL.B from Abia State University, Uturu (2012) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
