Akinola Oladimeji

Akinola Oladimeji is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of the firm. His practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, with years of practical legal experience in civil litigation and arbitration matters.

He has made legal representations in superior courts across Nigeria in complex civil litigations, including commercial cross-border litigation, shareholders' disputes, aviation, debt recovery and insolvency matters, labour and employment actions, and tax disputes.

He holds a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2017) and an LLB (Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University (2015). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association, and a member of the Young International Arbitration Group of the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Chamber of Commerce – Young Arbitrators' Forum, and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration.

He was recognised as a Lexology Legal Influencer for Q2 2024 in the Private Client category for Africa and the Middle East.
